Refund & Return Policy
At Bahai Gems, we want you to love your jewellery, prayer beads and gifts. If something is not quite right, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
30-Day Change-of-Mind Returns
If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, the item must be:

unused and unworn

in its original condition

in its original packaging where possible

returned with proof of purchase

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund for the product price.
Original postage costs and return postage costs are not refundable for change-of-mind returns. If your order included free shipping, we may deduct the actual postage cost from your refund.
Earrings and Hygiene
For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned for change of mind if they are unworn and in their original packaging.
This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with:

a brief description of the issue

clear photos of the item and packaging
We will work with you to resolve the issue in line with Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the situation, this may include a replacement, repair or refund.
If the product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, we will also reimburse reasonable return postage costs.
Items Not Eligible for Change-of-Mind Returns
The following items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns:

gift cards

custom or personalised items
-
worn or used jewellery
-
items returned damaged due to misuse or lack of care
This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us
Please include your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions.
Please do not send items back before contacting us.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Your Australian Consumer Law Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a remedy if a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, including where the product is faulty, not of acceptable quality, unsafe, or does not match its description.
