Free Shipping Within Australia
We offer free standard shipping within Australia for orders over $99.
If your order qualifies for free shipping and you return an item for change of mind, we may deduct the actual postage cost from your refund.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to selected countries.

Free International Shipping
We offer free standard international shipping to selected countries for orders over $249.
Any customs duties, taxes, import fees or local charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price unless stated otherwise.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by postal delays, customs processing, public holidays, weather events, incorrect delivery details or other circumstances outside our control.
Incorrect Shipping Details
Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.
Bahai Gems is not responsible for orders delayed, lost or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us because of incorrect delivery details, we may ask you to pay the cost of resending it.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will help you check the delivery status.
Once an order has been handed to the postal or courier provider, delivery timing is outside our direct control. However, we will do our best to assist where possible.
